PYROMETERS / TEMPERATURE SENSORS

All pyrometers are directly interfaced with the MTC generator, with the linear modulation of the power supply by the generator. Each automation can be synchronised with the pyrometer signal on the temperature trigger.

The signal to indicate that the set temperature has been reached is available using a pure contact (1A 250V relay output), also allowing synchronisation with other automation systems. Depending on the material which needs to be processed and the temperatures which need to be reached, MTC supplies the most suitable pyrometer and electronic controls which are then directly managed by the generator.

Possibility to use tools for the certification of the working temperature.

AUTOMATIC DISPENSERS OF WELDING ALLOYS 

It is possible to combine MTC generators with systems for the controlled dispensation of welding alloys, in both a capillary or deposit action, with electronic control integrated into the generator itself.
For the dispensation of the filler metal in braze welding, MTC proposes its own automatic system.

Wire-feeder: 

•  wire-feeder management, electronic control for the automatic distribution of welding alloys; 
•  managed speed of distribution and automatic synchronisation with pyrometer signal; 
•  stepping motor mechanism for welding alloys with diameter from 0.5 to 1.2 mm; 
•  CC motor group mechanism for welding alloys with diameter from 1 to 4 mm.
