GENERAL FEATURES OF MTC GENERATORS

High and medium frequency generators, power from 4 to 25 Kw for 

industrial applications- automatic regulation of work frequency;

- linear modulation of power supply, regulation from 10 to 100%;

- automatic compensation of inductive load;

- automatic adjustment of maximum power transmitted to load;

- work cycle timer from 0 to 90 seconds with automatic power-down at end of cycle.

Standard electronic controls integrated into MTC generators:

- automatic regulation of work frequency;

With pyrometer:

- management of working temperature step 1° (temperature controlled between 0° and 1000° depending on type of pyrometer);

- management of duration of heating cycle until set temperature reached;

- work cycle timer from 0 to 90 seconds with automatic synchronisation on pyrometer signal.

Optional electronic controls, to be integrated (all standard in High Power version): 

- management of automatic welding cycle;

- partial and total work counter;

- management of timer for distribution of inert gasses with separate times for early power-up and delayed power-down;

- management of timer for release of cooling air (or other cooling systems) with programming for delayed power-up and execution time;

- work cycle sequencer and/or memorising of 8 different work configurations which can be directly recalled.

Protection:

- automatic initial check of condition of generator at every power-up;

- Continuous input current alarm protection, min./max ripple + / -20%;

- alarm when maximum temperature of generator reached;

- alarm when maximum temperature of cooling water reached;

- low pressure alarm for cooling water.
